The "Metal Whistle" is Stamped Metal, it was made in (Japan), it is Silver in color with a "Teardrop Shape" design, it measures (1 1/4" Tall x 9/16" Wide), there is nothing damaged or broken, and the "Crackerjack Metal Whistle" is in Excellent overall condition and comes as pictured.
