Here for auction is a WILTON vintage two-stroke stationary engine.

It was made in Hooley Hill, Manchester, and develops 0.75hp (3/4hp) at 800 rpm.
Possibly the smallest size they made.

The engine looks largely complete and does turn over with very good compression.
Governor and magneto are missing, and the magneto platform will need repair (brazing) or replacing.

Date - 1905-1915 approximately, so probably around a 110 years old or more.

Can just about be lifted by one man.

A very desirable, and rare, little engine, ripe for restoration. Would make a great project.

Condition: In nice used as found original condition, not been messed with. Some rusting as you would expect, but also some original paint.

Please check all of the photographs, they are part of the condition listing.
