Used, had for a few summers. Cross surcingle has come loose in the past and been professionally repaired then same one was torn off (elastic snapped) but sewn back on with an amateur repair by me as my rug mending lady retired! Cross surcingles are elastic and these might need replacing as the elastic has gone a bit slack. Could be taken in/shortened so would fit tighter. Otherwise good used condition - slight staining to tail flap underneath but no other issues. Washed a few times in Nikwax but worn once after latest wash by accident this week. (Yard owner put on, I forgot to tell her I was selling it!)

Liner included. Never been used so liner is new! Attaches with Velcro both sides front and back and button in the middle one side.
