These Patagonia Tin Shed work boots are in good condition overall with some moderate signs of wear ~ some scuffing and repairs to the midsole where these boots will eventually start to break down, but it will be awhile.  I have a pair of these myself that I purchased 15 years ago and I've worn them a lot and they are still holding up but aren't as in good of shape as these ones.  Original purchase price I paid was $300-350 if I recall correctly.   These should last a long time and could also be professionally repaired/altered to make them last a lifetime.
