This lot is Scott 393, perf. 8 1/2 vertically.  I can not determine if this is Sc. 393 or 
Sc. 413.  If you can,,,, please enlighten me!

I am not a US collector so when it comes to identifying some of this US material, I am a little weak!  If I have made any error in the catalog numbers, please let me know so I can fix the listing.  

I can not address reprints, trimmed stamps or forged cancels as I am not an expert, so make those                        decisions for yourself.
