I bought this refurbished bat on eBay but it wasn’t the weight I expected and so I am selling it on.

The final two pictures shows the bat before the original refurbishment and I have taken them from the listing where I purchased this bat. These are therefore not my pictures and I did not undertake the vast majority of the work performed on this bat.

Since getting the bat I have taken off the grip and sanded away most of the clay like material that was covering the handle binding string in places (see the final two pictures) and making the handle feel a bit odd. I’ve also added a very thick pink padded grip and replaced the original grip on top. I have also added a GN toe guard to the bat.

This bat is a full short handle size and currently weighs 1168g or 2lb 9.1oz. That said, if the pink grip were to be removed this would take off something like 2-3 ounces and the bat should be in the 2,6 sort of range. I have not done this as this padded grip makes the pickup of this bat feel very light (although this is obviously subjective) plus makes sure the grip is very comfortable.

The original work to fix the small cracks and damage on the bat has been done excellently and so this bat has plenty of life left in it. Perfect for someone starting out or to have in the bag as a backup.

This bat also comes with a brand new GN bat sleeve.
