Canada Scott #97 1 cent Cartier & Champlain "Quebec Tercentenary" stamp from the era of Edward VII (1902-1910). This used stamp is in F (Fine) grade and has not been certified. It features an image of Jacques Cartier and Samuel de Champlain, two important figures in Canadian history, and was issued to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the founding of Quebec. A must-have for any Canadian stamp collector.
