You are looking at a brand new 6" Leviton LE020-60 Glass Fresnel Lens.   Will fit other brands such as Mole Richardson ARRI Altman Desisti Rank Strand and others.  

The lens comes in the original factory box and the box was only opened for the pictures taken for this auction.  

Super high quality lens made in Germany.  Code on the glass reads STL 150-110 DIN 15560 AUER 840010.
