Tom Chandley Compacta 5 deck 240V / 415V 3 phase electric oven with steam injection option. We didn’t have the steam injection connected so unsure if that function is working.

Each deck has up & over style glass doors, individual Power Supply Unit (PSU), heated stone base with elements above. Top and bottom heat can be adjusted independently.

This oven has 5 decks split between 3 high and 2 standard. The standard decks measure W140cm x H15cm x D92cm (to the door) and the high decks measure W140cm x H22cm x D92cm. Each deck fits 3, 76 x 45cm (30” x 18”) trays.
