Has been off the road for a few years so needs a sympathetic restoration, usual E46 rust issues starting to appear on the rear arches and around tailgate closings it has had new front wings sometime in its life but the paint has dulled and chipped in places so ideal they would need repainting. The Alloy Wheels are in good condition some scuffs on front two and it will need 4 new tyres due to age cracking otherwise the exterior bodywork is in good condition for a 23 year old E46.

Interior is in good condition drivers seat leather needs reconnolising as has been sun marked there is a scuff on passengers bolster the rear seats are like new with very little use. Everything works as it should air conditioning works but needs regassing, the electric windows & mirrors work ok the sunroof opens tilts but needs attention as it's slow to open/close doesn't show any signs of leaking, audio system all works fine, tailgate opens/closes including separate window opens with remote key.
Both remote keys present and work to open and close everything.

Drives very well silky smooth six cylinder engine pulls well through all gears plenty of power no strange noises from engine or gearbox no eml lights or codes stored on ecu, engine needs a good service going over due to being stood for a long time, disc/pads are about 50% worn all round.

 
Includes full bookpack, torch in Glove box, full toolkit, two remote keys &  plastic key.
Was hoping to get it restored and tidy up but lack of time and space mean this won't happen so very reluctant sale.
