Marklin 39160 HO DB BR 42.90 Steam Locomotive & Tender. It comes with a digital decoder, a C-Sine motor, and engineer’s cab and running gear lighting. Features include 5 axles powered, 4 traction tires, articulated frame to enable the locomotive to negotiate sharp curves, side smoke piping and control rods separately applied, open running boards with steps, close coupling between locomotive and tender, standard coupler pocket at the front, standard coupler pocket with guide mechanism on the tender, and the headlights and cab lighting work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. The running gear lights, the low speed range for switching without acceleration, and braking delay can all be controlled digitally with the 6021 Control Unit. The length over buffers is approximately 10-1/2'.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. One bumper piece on the tender is loose but included. A few other small trim pieces are loose or bent. The shell of the tender is loose and can be easily removed. There are light scuffs and scratches on the body of this model. The wheels & pickup show wear from previous use. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. The instruction manual is included. The original box is included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Very Good.
