Absolutely beautiful limoges charger plate with handpainted flowers and gold gilt. This plate is still very vivid in color. Gold is still bright. Gold gilt has some surface scratching but otherwise good condition.  No other flaws, chips, or cracks that I see.  Wonderful plate..
