This is the retired 1998 Lego Castle set 6045, the Ninja subtheme set Ninja Surprise.

The set is complete with all pieces and the instruction booklet. The booklet has a crease down the center. Set includes 3 minifigures.

Built and displayed by an adult Lego fan.
