See following pictures for best description. Looks complete minus the key. I have never seen one of these machines. Heard about them but is the first I've seen. Good looking machine that will fit on any counter. Label on bottom says Globe Perfume Dispenser, Redwood City, California. Total guess but believe to be from the 50's? This is a napkin/tissue dispenser also. Chrome has some pitting, no rust. The sample perfume is marked "PALOMAR de Lanier"
