I strive to get items in the mail within 24 hours of receiving payment. If I am delayed, I will let you know.
CHECK THE ADDRESS THAT YOU SUPPLIED TO EBAY!!! I cannot stress this enough. I'd say about 1-2% of the addresses that have been given to me have been incorrect. At the very least this will slow down the receipt of your package. At the worst, your package may vanish completely.

If an item turns out to be damaged or mischaracterized, it's because I made a mistake, not because I'm trying to cheat you. I am always willing to admit my mistakes and make good on them. However, I do not react well to hostility and accusations.
