This is a fun casual top.  It is a solid black tank.  Over the tank is a black mesh looking overlay with 3/4 sleeves.  The tank hangs down below the overlay so it has a layered look.  It is a pullover top.  Underarm to underarm seam is 19" and shoulder seam to the hemline is 26" with it being 21" shoulder seam to the bottom of the overlay.
