TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read all of the following before bidding:
  • Please know what you're bidding on and whether it's compatible with what you want or with what you operate.
  • Read the ENTIRE written description and look at ALL the photos BEFORE you bid.
  • Don't expect to get something that works or runs when the written description says it does not run or has not been tested.
  • Don't complain about the cost of shipping AFTER you bid. If you don't like the stated shipping charge, then DON'T BID ON THE ITEM.
  • Ebay does not protect it's sellers sufficiently from buyers who violate Ebay policies, including those buyers who post poor feedback for the seller. I have tons of great customers. But to those who post poor feedback for me who don't read descriptions or who don't know what they're buying, you will be BLOCKED from my auctions permanently.
  • Non-paying buyers will also be blocked.
  • In an effort to be fair to all bidders, I do not end auction-style listings early including based on Buy it Now offers or requests from buyers.
  • Please ask any questions at least 24 hours before the close of the auction.
  • I strive to be customer friendly. If you have an issue with your item please contact me before involving Ebay, and I will do my best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
Description: Joy Line prewar O-gauge 4-wheel tin #353 Everful lithographed tank car with a black frame and dome, painted red end-caps, tin wheels, and sliding drop-loop couplers. There might be an irregularly-shaped shadow in some of the photos that is the result of some issue with my camera. It is not showing a stain or something like a stain on the car.  There is a lot of cameral flash in the photos; it is not flaking or missing litho on the tank. At least the sides and underside of the frame have been repainted, and its possible that the deck is repainted as well. One side of the frame has some crazing and darkening. The gold litho tank and red end-caps have light to moderate scratches, nicks, and marks as shown by the photos. The wear is heavier on the dome and around the edges of one of the end-caps. VG or so with the issues described.  Sold as is with no returns on this item.

Shipping: The shipping quotes provided are for Canada and the Continental US only. Buyers from other locations should contact me prior to the close of a sale to obtain a shipping estimate. I will always combine shipping if you purchase multiple lots.

Returns: I will gladly refund your money if I make a mistake in describing something. But please make sure you really want the item before you bid. I do not give returns if a buyer simply changes his or her mind, deciding after the fact that they don't want an item.  EBAY'S AUTOMATIC RETURN POLICY IS UNFAIR TO SELLERS, SO PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE YOU RETURN AN ITEM SO WE CAN TRY TO AGREE ON A WAY TO FIX THINGS. I will accept returns but just want to hear from the buyer before the item is returned to me. If a a buyer automatically returns an item without first contacting me, that buyer will be blocked from bidding on my items in the future.
