DC Super Powers Micro-Figure LEX LUTHOR from 2016!  

The figure is 2 inches tall, and manufactured by Gentle Giant Ltd, a Walgreens Exclusive.  The figure has no articulation and has never been removed from the package.  

The package is in good shape except for the top plastic tab which is bent backwards.
