Preowned, used, solid brass, has wearing, scuffing, scratching, chipping, some discoloration. Probably could use a good cleaning. I purchased it used but I never wore it. I had it in a display case. I don’t know about the previous owner. On the back side it has solid brass, BTS, Made In U.S.A. , 1981 BTS. Please look at photos. Any questions please contact me.
