The Chromebook is not touchscreen. It turns on but some buttons don't work.

I don't know the specs of the Chromebook because some buttons don't work and I can't enter Wi-Fi password to go any further to see it.

I don't know the passwords or pins of the device, and I don't know if there are any passwords or pins on it.

I also don't know if there is any other problem with the Chromebook because as I already said, I can't go any further to figure it out.
