Here is a great pair of diamond hoops with just the perfect sparkle. These measure just about 1" x 3 mm and weigh a comfortable 5.5 grams. There are 64 diamonds that are white, but not amazing clarity. Let's face it, anyone getting that close to your ear needs to be a bit less judgy anyway.
