D'Addario Humidipak Maintain is a maintenance-free humidity control system designed specifically for guitars and other similar instruments. Say goodbye to making frequent adjustments to your guitar from temperature / humidity changes. Say goodbye to the constant upkeep and mess associated with other instrument humidifier systems. With D'Addario Humidipak, your instrument case will automatically maintain the optimal humidity level, protecting your guitar from seasonal changes and other factors. If it is becomes dry in your case, the humidipak will increase the humidity level. If it becomes to humid, it will decrease humidity levels, keeping relative humidity right in the sweet spot of 45-50%. The only maintenance required is simply placing the humidipaks in the case with your instrument and then replacing them when they've become worn out. You will know they are worn out when they become stiff and lose their gel-like properties.

Note: Humidipak is designed for restoring and maintaining instrument humidity. This product is not intended for dehumidification in extremely high humidity environments. If your instrument has not been previously humidified or is in a known dry condition, it is recommended to use Humidipak Restore to safely reestablish the proper humidity level to your instrument and its case before using the Humidipak Maintain System. Using Maintain packets on an excessively dry instrument / case will greatly shorten the lifespan of the packets.
