This is a VICTOR phonograph needle tin from Japan. It has the Victor logo featuring Nipper looking into a gramophone horn listening for His Masters Voice.
Nice condition for this tin measuring about 2 1/4 inches x 1 1/4 inches. It has a slider top rather than the hinged top seen on most tins.
