Fully operational, turns extremely well with a very positive check, adjustable rear mounted regulator, and adjustable end play screw. The reel is in superb condition, as seen in the pictures. Just a few minor scuffs on the rim and faceplate. Comes in its original padded J.W Young leatherette case.
