I PURCHASE STAMPS FROM ESTATES & THEY USUALLY HAVE THE SC# ON THE GLASSINES OR IN THE BOOK ALREADY. 95% OF THE TIME THEY ARE CORRECT. BUT THERE IS ALWAYS 5% OF THE STAMPS THAT ARE MISIDENTIFIED. IF YOU RUN INTO THIS SITUATION I WILL GIVE A FULL REFUND 100% OF THE TIME
