Shipment to Hawaii, Alaska & U.S. Territories are subject to increased costs. There is a $10 surcharge to Hawaii, Alaska, P.R. & other US territorties. All items going to the west coast of U.S. will have a $5 fuel surchage added, and $2 surcharge to most other areas. If your not in the normal delivery area for UPS, there will also be a fee added for that as well. USPS ALL items shipped via U.S. Postal Service are shipped via First Class, Priority, Post or Media Mail Services, each with Delivery Confirmation. Delivery time is 3-10 business days. USPS will ship to P.O.Box, FPO/APO for an additional fee. |

| RETURNS: We offer a 30 Day Return Policy. This applies to all items EXCEPT auctions labelled "For Parts/Not Working", which are not returnable. If your package is damaged in delivery, you must file a complaint with the respective carrier. The post office says not to reship a damaged item! All returns must contain all original manufacturer boxes and packaging, including packing materials and unfilled warranty card(s). If your product is defective, we will refund your money upon return and inspection of your purchase. The store is responsible for all shipping charges to ship the product back if it is not as described. Returns made for non-defective merchandise will not be refunded ANY shipping fees. If you need to return an item, please do not select “item not as described”. This leaves a permanent mark on our seller account, affects our ability to sell on eBay.
