**Condensation does not qualify as a warranty claim due to the ever changing weather here in the UK**
We do our best to describe all good accurately stating the vehicles that the goods will fit and try to supply a correct picture of the item you are buying. Sometimes colours may vary due to lighting at the time the picture was taken, and we often use pictures supplied to us direct from suppliers. We may also occasionally use a library picture if a suitable picture is not available at the time of listing. If you have received your goods and are not happy with them you can return them within 7 working days under the cancel/return policy from the first paragraph of this page.
A1 Items Ltd will not be held liable for any labour costs or other expenditure whatsoever incurred by the customer with respect to the purchased products.
Products should be trial fitted to vehicles before any work is undertaken.
Liability
Other than specified in these terms and conditions, A1 Items Ltd will accept no responsibility for direct-, consequential- or any other loss from the supply / use of any goods.
A1 Items Ltd offers you the chance to make genuine savings on a wide range of good quality Truck/Van Mirrors and all those accessories you have always wanted. We buy direct from the manufacturer offering you our customers the lowest prices possible.
We have a broad knowledge and experience which ensures you the customer receive a premium service.
A1 Items Ltd pride our selves in not just taking an order and sending the customer an item; We make sure that every order is dealt with individually, to make sure that you are getting the product that you wanted. For obvious reasons, it is vitally important that the correct product is supplied. If we feel that something is not particularly suitable we will always say so - even at the risk of losing a sale!

Cancelling or Returning an Item
Please ensure you contact us within 7 days or receiving your item.
If you cancel you must return the goods at your own expense. You must ensure the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage, with their original boxes along with a copy of the invoice/delivery note.
Goods that have already been painted, modified, cut or altered in any way may not be refunded or returned under this policy.
Refunds
Please note that all refunds will be reimbursed to you via the same method or original payment, ie if you paid via PayPal then you will be paid back into your Paypal account. Refunds will be issued only when the item has been returned back to us.
