Go under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front.
Note the measurement where the tape meets in the front.
This gives you the circumference of your chest. If your chest measurement falls within the range of 43-44 inches, opt for the XL size. If it measures between 45-46 inches, choose the 2XL size.
