1. Can I buy it if I never play a yoyo?
It's not an entry level yoyo. If you want to challenge it, go ahead.
2. Can I play the yoyo by dropping and tugging the string?
It would be responsive(return by dropping and tugging) only when you install the gift responsive bearing(silver one).
2. Is it for kids of 4-8 years?
It's for 8+ years.
Tips:
- String length may be adjusted by the user. Adjust the string length by letting the yo-yo hang to the ground and tie a new at belly button height.
- If you throw the yo-yo straight it will spin straight. If you throw the yo-yo crooked it will spin crooked. Practice throwing the yo-yo straight.
- YO-YO Toy contains small parts, not for children under 3 years of age. Do not play or throw the yo-yo or throws people, breakable objects or animals.

1.Drop and StringingWhen the yoyo is sleeping, put the string on the finger of the other hand, and the yoyo hand(green) goes down. |
2.Cross the StringWhen the yoyo spins in this direction, cross the string by moving your yoyo hand(green). |
