Meade tele-extenders permit high-magnification "eyepiece projection" photography of the Moon and planets with a Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope. Meade tele-extenders are designed to fit most (up to 11") Celestron and Meade Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes.

Made of anodized aluminum, the tele-extender fits over a 1.25" telescope eyepiece, with one end threading onto the eyepiece holder (visual back) of the telescope, the other end threading into the T-ring (sold separately - available in our eBay store) on your camera body.

This Variable Tele-Extender is an adjustable-length cylinder that provides a variable range of projection magnifications for a given eyepiece.

Note: The Variable Tele-Extender does not work with the Meade ETX-90 telescope.

We got this gently used tele-extender in as a trade - it is in excellent condition and in the original box.
