Yes!  I do combine shipping. Shipping is charged per package, not per item. Orders under $20 ship as a letter for $1. Orders over $20 ship as a parcel from $4.25 to $5.25 (depending on location). When the total value of an order exceeds $250, then parcels ship with signature delivery, tracking, and insurance for $7.50. For international orders, eBay adds an international handling charge, which varies by destination country.  All shipments include tracking service and insurance.
