Some cosmetic problems with this girl

She has faint staining on the limbs, torso and face. See photos.

There may be a problem with her cloth hair cap at the back but I’m not sure - please see photos to assess. (I am not knowledgeable about these dolls so I’m not sure what it is supposed to look like.)

Her bloomer’s are stretched at the waist (the elastic) and have some tears and fraying in the white cotton fabric.

There are a couple small snags / holes in the one foot - see photos

I think she is supposed to be wearing a pinafore bib over the dress but that is missing.

No tags that I can see but she looks like the dolls others have said are Knickerbocker 1970s (circa 1973),
