This pretty dress is from Chaps (a Ralph Lauren division) in a misses size large.  

Soft and stretchy, made of 95% polyester and 5% elastane.  Machine washable.  Pullover style with stretch.  

Unstretched, measured from seam to seam across the front:

bust is 18.5 inches across

waist is 16.5 inches across

hips are 22.5 inches across

length is 38.5 inches long
