Appraiser Notes: This was made in Holland around the turn of the century, and out of sterling rather than the usual Dutch standard for boxes like this, and that Is because it was made for export to England. It was, and the importer was Samuel Boyce out of Sheffield, so the item has two full sets of marks including a manufacture date letter (Dutch) 1899.
