Housed in a soft leather travel case are SEVEN  STERLING SILVER MANICURE TOOLS and a GOLD-PLATED ROUND BOX made in Germany for a Gentleman Traveler.

Arts and Crafts in style, the tools are  masculine and rich, with hand-hammered finish on the rich 950  silver implements and box.    All the pieces are marked with the crescent and crown sterling  mark used on silver made in Germany, as well as  "950". a higher grade of the metal, and maker's Signature "HG" in a cartouche. Case lock is monogrammed "JM",  as are the scissors.    The leather case closes with four flaps and is lines with soft suede.  Case is 8 1/2 inches x 5x 2 inches.

Implements range from the 6-inch cuticle knife to 4-inch curved scissors and include the  box, buffer file, button hook, two scissors, and cuticle knife and pusher.    All are in excellent condition and have not been polished or cleaned, hence the low shine.   Made by German silversmiths known for fine workmanship in scissors, knives,,etc.
