A proven staple of our lineup, it offers the essentials that touring riders look for when they hit the road: ventilation, waterproofing and a high level of protection, packaged in a smart, adventure-ready design. Customized for your rides Has the temperature risen since you started your trip? No problem, ditch the removable thermal and waterproof lining and let the fully ventilated 3D Airmesh areas on the chest, arms and back let the air flow directly towards your body. Is it cold or has it started raining? Happens! Reattach the thermal lining and choose whether to wear the durable and easily stowable hydratex 3L waterproof lining on the outside or inside of the jacket. Functionality in all its forms Reflective elements on the chest, shoulders and back help you to be visible when riding in low light conditions, the sturdy jacket hanging loop allows you to conveniently hang the jacket in the evening to dry or air out , and the aforementioned Airmesh 3D, Hypalon® and ripstop allow the Tornado 4 H2O jacket to obtain Class AA CE certification.

Wearability Regular cut The regular cut is for comfortable wear and fits different body shapes and sizes. However, it is not considered loose, as it falls around the body instead of conforming to the rider's physique.

THERMAL REGULATION
Waterproof Removable hydratex|3L membrane 3-layer, this membrane has a protective tricot layer laminated to both faces of the membrane. This results in a membrane that is waterproof and breathable but also extremely durable. This type of membrane also offers maximum flexibility as it can be removed from the garment: insert the membrane when the weather requires it or remove it when you need maximum ventilation. Protection Ready for Avertum Tech-Air® airbag system - ONE SIZE UP Under this garment it is possible to wear our REV'IT! airbag Avertum Tech-Air® (or a Tech5 airbag) provided you purchase the item one size larger than your usual size. If you wish to wear a garment marked “Ready for the Avertum Tech-Air® airbag system” you must ensure that the garment is able to accommodate the expansion of the airbag and therefore we recommend following the following fit equation: 1 . Measure your chest circumference and divide the result by two; 2. Measure the garment lying flat on the chest line; 3. If the difference between point 1 and point 2 is greater than or equal to 12cm, the garment is suitable to be worn over the airbag. Please note: Please note that the garment must be purchased in the correct size for the shoulder and elbow protectors to fit correctly and protect best in the event of an accident. To create space for the expansion of the airbag, you can remove all separate layers (thermal linings and waterproof linings) that may limit the expansion of the airbag in the event of an accident. When wearing the airbag, remove any back protector from the garment (a back protector is included with the airbag) and adjust all adjustment straps on the body to the widest position.
