This fine 1887 Belgium Flemish - No period Franc has been graded & certified by NGC - you can be confident of this coins authenticity and condition (no cleaning or mechanical / environmental damage exists).  As noted by NGC this coin's letters and digits are sharp, the recessed areas of the coin show slight softness (F15). 

This silver franc was minted in the Royal Mint of Belgium, Brussels, Belgium.  The obverse shows a portrait of King Leopold II of Belgium facing left surrounded by the motto in Dutch and the designer's name at the bottom.  The coins reverse reflects the Belgian coat of arms divides the value with the motto in Dutch above and the date below.
