This is a sealed on unpunched card Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Leonardo action figure by Playmates from 1988.  His card is a bit wavy (does not lay flat) & the plastic is yellowed.  Edges on card have minor wear.  Please see all pics as they are part of the listing.  Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to see more pictures.
