A very vibrant colored porcelain girl in what the Collector book calls a Clown outfit. Yellow dress. Yellow Shoes. Blue hat Standing on a pedestal.  The tape is missing the end but retracts with a little tug. It works. The base is stamped GERMANY in blue. 

3 1/2" tall, base 1 1/2" round (approx)
