This Lovely Vicotiran Lady in an off the shoulder orange dress with green accents, holding a yellow hat with green bow in one hand and perhaps a rose in the other?
The tape is missing the end, held together with a safety pin, but retracts easily. The bottom is a type of fabric with some water staining.... but otherwise is good working condition.
She measures approx 2 3/4" high. with a round base at 1 1/2".
