Just prior to taking this item to the Post Office, we personally verify the exact one we ship you has fully functioning valves, retains air, and meets all the specs. We take video of this process, including packaging it into the box immediately after this verification, and the video concludes at the point the box is handed to the clerk at our Post Office.

If the box arrives with cuts, holes, other damage, take video showing the shipping box PRIOR TO Opening The Box, and not stopping the video until the item has been opened and fully observed for any damage, ensuring the item is fully functional.
