“Salmon Run Alaska” (1957) 8mm Film Home Movie, River, Panoramic, Hunt +, VS1.5


Film opens with footage of a River teaming with salmon during salmon run, possibly copper River salmon. Film goes on to capture hunting caribou and mountain goat and finishes with panoramic footage of Rainbow Mountain in Alaska and surrounding areas.


FILM CONDITION:

Film appears to be in acceptable condition and ran smoothly. Some streaking and film has warp, but ran smoothly through projector.


VINEGAR SYNDROME:

A-D strip indicates the film is at VS 1.5. Film is currently in cold storage to prevent further degradation.
