This is a spectacular set of 4 - 3 piece COVERED Pedestal BOUILLON Soup Cups with Underplates (saucers). Beautifully decorated COBALT Blue porcelain with Hand Painted, raised GOLD encrusted floral design and Beaded border.
Only the Underplates are signed, in light blue: HAND PAINTED NIPPON - Mark #71 - known as the "PAGODA" mark - circa 1900.
