Cav Empt Boa Fleece Zip Jacket from FW18. Charcoal color. Originally purchased from Mr. Porter

One of their lesser known and most interesting jackets imo. You probably know C.E. takes a lot of inspiration from classic military clothing, making their own versions such as the BDU and the M65. While most of those took some "subtle" military references, this one seems to be a complete copy of the Gen II U.S. Military ECWCS(Extended Cold Weather Clothing System) fleece jacket. The Extended Cold Weather Clothing System is a protective clothing system of 20+ pieces of clothing developed in the 1980s by the United States Army Natick Soldier Research designed to maintain adequate environmental protection in temperatures ranging between -60 and +40 degrees. This Jacket is a middle layer of the Military ECWCS and is commonly referred to as the Bear Jacket

[Please read before purchase] Overall 8/10 condition. This jacket has a huge pilling problem, the fabric starts bobbling the moment you start wearing it. Interestingly, according to these military surplus gear reviews(https://www.trailspace.com/gear/u.s.-military/ecwcs-gen-ii-brown-bear-jacket/), the original ECWCS jacket (which you can still buy from military surplus stores for $20) was also known for its fabric having pilling problem. I guess C.E. really paid tribute. Other than the known flaw, this jacket is almost perfect. No stains, rips and smoke-free

Boxy fit, could fit M or L
