Prior to boxing items for shipment, we video record the item, it being properly packaged for safe delivery, and the video doesn’t end until the box is handed over to the shipping provider. We provide the video to eBay and / or the shipping provider upon request.

We suggest, if your box arrives with distress / damage, record video of all sides of the shipping box, and continue to record while the box is being opened, concluding after inspecting the item, ensuring it’s undamaged.
