This is for a lovely Victorian sterling silver trinket box from 1899. It has a ribbed finish around the curved base and an empty cartouche on the hinged lid which has a nice scroll detailing, this is repeated on the base. The silver carries a full set of English sterling silver hallmarks dating to Birmingham 1899 and it is in excellent condition with light surface wear and it measures 45mm (2") in diameter by 30mm (1") tall.
