This is a rare and discontinued Disney plush toy from Disney World, Alien Encounters the character of Skippy.
It’s a small plush (see photo for measurement).
It still has the plastic part of the tag in but the paper tag is missing.
Has some of the white from the eye rubbed away during storage otherwise looks perfect.
