Salvaged form and antique (mid / early 20th Century) opticians trial lens set.

All 8 lenses are termed cylindrical (2 edges have been etched opaque) and are all concave.

4 matched pairs of trial lenses. The pairs are marked -1.00 -1.50 -2.00 and -2.50. 

Concave lenses have a reducing effect, all these lenses are low power have a relatively weak optical effect.

If you have the skills they would make quirky earrings or could be put in a trial frame to make steampunk accessory.

In good condition. The  lenses are in nickel plated brass frames. Some minor losses to the nickel plating. T

Some very minor blemishes to the glass but no chips and no cracks. The glass is secure in the frame.

Each little "handle" has slot in it.

This item is NOT suitable for use as a monocle; it does not have the right sort of frame or lens. 

Each is about 37mm in diameter.

All 8 together weighs about 56g
