This is an old Hawley Troppet pith helmet.  It's marked 12T.  The head opening is 9" x 7 5/8".  There is a crack in the underside that doesn't show through.  Fabric cover on the top is soiled, but looks like it would easily come clean.  Please see shipping calculator for actual postage cost for US sales.  Always happy to combine shipping.
