This auction is for a Barbie coat and hat from 1964 called “It’s Cold Outside”.  They are #819 and are a red felt coat with a black fur collar and matching red belt, and a matching red hat with a fur puff on the top.  There is a Barbie tag inside the collar.  Both coat buttons are missing – one on the belt and one near the collar.  The top button has been replaced with a snap and one side at the top has a tear in the felt that could possibly be repaired.
